Kaylee Digby, APRN

Family Nurse Practitioner
Wichita

I grew up in the Texas Panhandle and then later moved to Kansas in middle school. My love and inspiration for medicine started after my dad became a certified paramedic when I was young. I witnessed first-hand the impact that my dad had on helping others, which created a desire in me to pursue a career in medicine. In high school, I began my own career in healthcare as I worked as an Admissions Clerk for our local small-town hospital. I enjoyed connecting with patients and assisting them even though my job was more behind the scenes.

I graduated from Sterling College with a degree in Biology. While in college, I obtained my CNA license, providing me the opportunity to serve patients while deciding which field of medicine I was most passionate about. After graduation, I worked as an Admissions Counselor and a Comparative Anatomy Instructor. After much deliberation and prayer, I realized that nursing was the best path for me. I received my BSN from MidAmerica Nazarene University in Overland Park through their one-year accelerated nursing program. After completing my BSN, I began my nursing career in Wichita as a High-Risk OB/GYN/ONC nurse at Wesley Medical Center.

Over time, I became interested in functional medicine and its benefits to patient care. A friend suggested I check out PHW, where I soon joined the clinic as Dr. Davis’ nurse. This has been one of the biggest blessings in my life. The environment at PHW and my interactions with Dr. Davis and the provider team inspired me to become a nurse practitioner. In 2022, I received my APRN license after completing the Family Nurse Practitioner program through Walden University. It is a joy and honor to serve our patients at PHW while working alongside the Provider Team.

Outside of the clinic, you will find my husband and I spending time outdoors, traveling, cooking, enjoying time with friends and family, and sipping on coffee.
