New Patients
New patient memberships will be $150 per month
Initial new patient visits are $350 and include the first month’s membership fee
We now offer a flat rate family plan for $480 per month for 4 or more members. This rate applies to a spouse and dependents living in the same household, and your family's membership is capped there - no matter how many enrolled members are in your home.
As of January 1, 2026, federal law allows you to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for Direct Primary Care membership fees, up to $150 per month for individuals and $300 per month for families. As always, consult your tax advisor to confirm your eligibility.
*Membership cancellation requires 60-day notice for continuity of care and can be processed through the patient portal or by calling one of our clinic locations.
