Member Price: $90 per session 12-Week Training Block: $2150 for 24 sessions

Our approach to personal training is grounded in functional movement and the understanding that optimal health and function are unique to every individual. Our coaches will work with you to create a customized training program that meets your unique needs and goals and helps improve your overall strength and mobility.

One of the core tenants of our training business is our individualized approach. No two bodies are exactly the same, and we believe that your training program should be tailored to your specific needs and goals. Another unique attribute of Transform Training is our integration with Prairie Health & Wellness. This connection allows us to take a whole person approach to your health while working closely with your primary care provider to ensure that your training program is aligned with your plan of care.
